"After 2 years of donating a fraction of my salary to gym membership which I never used,  I felt really tired all of the time & totally unmotivated in both my work & home life.  So I decided I needed to change if I was going to make myself feel better.
 
I was driving along the road next to my house & stumbled across an open day ad for Take Shape.  'It's a sign' I thought (literally) & called them straight away.
 
After meeting with Martin I signed up on to the 10 week flat stomach program & have not looked back since.  I really look forward to every session I totally switch off from my every day stresses & feel fantastic & full of energy all of the time.
 
Each session is different so I never get board - I personally love the assault course outside (NOT!).
 
Martin also gave me 3 little tasks to complete each week which has gradually changed my routine at home improving my diet & sleeping patterns.
 
I've just finished my 10 week program & I feel like a new person.
 
I've just signed up for another 40 sessions.  It's worth every penny."

"To be quite honest, vanity was probably what drew me to the 10 week flat stomach programme. (What middle aged woman with children doesn’t want a flat stomach)?

The programme turned out to be much more involved than that though!

It covered key issues i.e. Nutrition, Exercise and lifestyle.

The training was great fun, we trained outside on the training field in the heart of the countryside – relaxing in itself.

On the nutrition side, not only have I benefited from the changes, so too have my family.  We now enjoy and appreciate good quality nutritious food. The way we shop has completely changed, we buy a lot of our food from local farm shops.

The programme also touched on food content and environmental issues. I had a good clear out of my cleaning and beauty products and now put more thought into what I use. 

Ollie my trainer also provided me with tailored home training plans.

The entire programme was very comprehensive.

What about the flat stomach? – Well I lost 3 inches off my waist!
