Ollie Martin BSc (Hons), ACSM, CHEK HLC1, CMTA1 Ollie is a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, a Personal Trainer and is Director of Take Shape Personal Health & Fitness. He set up Take Shape in 2002 to provide complete wellbeing solutions for his clients. With 15 years experience in the health & fitness industry he has been fitness advisor to The London Triathlon, Priory Health Club, Surrey Mirror Duathlon Team. He has written on health & fitness topics for the Surrey Mirror and other local publications and has been a regular ‘fitness’ guest on Southern Counties FM. Ollie was a semi-professional rugby player for Newcastle and Rosslyn Park now enjoying many other sports including skiing and mountain-biking. He has a BSc (Hons.) Sport Science (2:1) from the Uni. of Northumbria, is also a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), is a CHEK Holistic & Lifestyle Coach (HLC1) and Certfied Metabolic Typing Advisor (CMTA1). Other qualifications include boxercise, kickboxing, posture, flexibility and back care. Ollie can help anyone with a desire to achieve optimal health, fitness and wellbeing. |
