1. Conditioning for Mountain-biking

A home/gym conditioning programme will address the negative effects of cycling on posture to enhance performance on the bike, reduce risk of injury and improve general health and wellbeing.  Programmes will include core stability, strength and power training and everyday stretches.

2. Mountain-Bike Guiding

Using our extensive knowledge of off-road trails all round Surrey we can tailor an exhilarating ride to suit your requirements.
