If you have a specific event, trip or activity that you need to get fit for we can help you.  We will tailor a programme for you to make sure you are in the best possible condition at exactly the right time.

We have a lot of experience in getting people fit for specific activities.  If we know a lot about the activity, great but if we don’t it doesn’t matter – we know a lot about training the human body and motivation.  We will use this knowledge to fully research your specific activity, assess your needs and time and devise a programme that will work. 

For some this includes a lot of personal training for others it includes an appraisal and a programme to get on with on their own.
