Our unique golf-conditioning programme is custom-built depending on the outcome of your assessment and complements the technical expertise from a Golf Professional. The following areas are addressed in order:

Flexibility - once the musculoskeletal system is balanced (i.e. improved posture), it is then possible to stabilise the body
Stability - a stable body creates a solid framework for all movements and activities. Additionally, a stable, well-balanced body is less likely to be injured
Strength - strength can be built using functional movement patterns that will be readily transferred to the game of golf
Power - the more power a golfer can transfer from his body through the club to the ball, the farther they will be able to drive the ball
