Take Shape’s Top Ten Tips for Optimum Nutrition


1. Eat right for your metabolic type.

2. Eat organic.

3. If you can’t pronounce the word on the label, don’t eat it!

4. Avoid the four white devils:
    - Sugar
    - Flour
    - Processed dairy
    - Table salt

5. Don’t eat soy products.

6. Juicing: Drink freshly squeezed juice only (anything else is just ‘sugar water’).

7. The longer the shelf life, the worse it is for you.

8. If it wasn’t here 10,000 years ago, don’t eat it.

9. Drink mineral water.
    - ½ your body weight in oz. per day
    - =/> 300 ppm TDS (Total Dissolved Solution)
    - Hardness =/> 170 mg/LpH7 or greater
    - Top brands (Evian, Vittel)
    - Glass bottles

10. Live by the ‘80/20’ Rule.  If you live and eat in accordance with the natural principles 80% of the time, your body can absorb insults 20% of the time and remain vital.
