1. Cut out gluten and processed dairy from your diet.
3. Eliminate sugar (& substitutes) from your diet. 6. Eat fat but make sure it is good quality (avoid processed fats, anything that describes itself as low fat, low calorie, even ‘healthy’, also avoid vege oils, margarines etc) – (PS Cholesterol is good for you).
7. Eat carbohydrates according to the Glyceamic Index (GI).
9. Move your body everyday. 11. Get to bed by 10-10.30pm (reduce stimulants in the afternoon and into the evening). 12. Consciously change negative thoughts into positive ones. Erase old inner emotional tapes. 13. Have empathy & forgiveness for all those you come across – remember that everyone is doing their best from their state of consciousness. 14. Find a way to quieten the mind and relax (meditation, massage, Tai Chi, Zone Exercises, gardening etc.)
