20 Steps to Health, Vitality & Optimal Weight

1.    Cut out gluten and processed dairy from your diet.

2.    Drink filtered water (Bodyweight in kgs x 0.033 = litres to drink/day).

3.    Eliminate sugar (& substitutes) from your diet.

4.    Find out your Metabolic Type.

5.    Eat real food - high quality (organic), natural, whole (not processed in any way)– basically anything with an ingredients list is out.

6.    Eat fat but make sure it is good quality (avoid processed fats, anything that describes itself as low fat, low calorie, even ‘healthy’, also avoid vege oils, margarines etc) – (PS Cholesterol is good for you).

7.    Eat carbohydrates according to the Glyceamic Index (GI).

8.    Only use natural skin care and household products – avoid anything with SLS, Parabens etc.

9.    Move your body everyday.

10.    Get outside and have some sunlight on your skin (without suncream) everyday (especially in winter between 12 & 3pm) and get out into nature as often as possible.

11.    Get to bed by 10-10.30pm (reduce stimulants in the afternoon and into the evening).

12.    Consciously change negative thoughts into positive ones.  Erase old inner emotional tapes.

13.    Have empathy & forgiveness for all those you come across – remember that everyone is doing their best from their state of consciousness.

14.    Find a way to quieten the mind and relax (meditation, massage, Tai Chi, Zone Exercises, gardening etc.)

15.    We are tribal animals, make sure you have a network of friends and family.

16.    Play everyday.

17.    Avoid a long-term drug solution for any chronic illness.

18.    Ensure that you are breathing through your nose.

19.    Do something different and new.

20.    Use 80/20 rule for the above.
